EAHM are delighted to present a full bouquet of Fellowships, Grants and Bursaries for 2026 - 2027.
This is in line with our objective of ensuring that we support surgeons who are at various stages of their direct anterior journey, we wish to enable them to get access to the very best in global education and mentorship.
All the awards listed include access to some of the world's most experienced and most innovative practitioners in the discipline, across the gamut of the European theatre. Successful candidates will be expected to present their findings at EAHM 2027.
The application process is expected to start, together with the publishing of the qualification criteria, will be available over the next few months.
The EAHM Founders Multi Centre Fellowship 2027
Period: January - June 2027 (6 months)

This is a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to spend in-depth paid time working in a number of countries with several of Europe's leading DAA surgeons. He/she will be expected to observe and learn the very latest in surgical methods and develop an deep understanding of the patient journey from diagnosis to post-operative rehabilitation.
The EAHM Travelling Fellowship 2027
Period: May - June 2027 (2 weeks)

Following a very successful inaugural travelling fellowship in 2026, EAHm will once again offer a series of 'lightning' visits to between 4 and 6 DAA centres across Europe. Typically, participants will spend time with leading members of EAHM Faculty, accompanying them in theatre and viewing the key working processes of those centres, as well as enjoying leisure time in some of Europe's most historic cities.
The EAHM Founder's Scholarship 2027
Period/Place: The Candidate's choice
10 Places
Award Value: €1,000
Again, following the 2026 Bursary, we will again be selecting 10 candidates for the Founder's Scholarship. This will be used to support the costs associated with a candidate's visit to an approved DAA centre of their choice across Europe.
